Andrew Bounds
President and CEO
When I joined the team at TQ Logistics in October 2023, I was honored to bring my nearly 30 years of experience. I am a veteran of the United States Navy Submarine Service, and I hold a BA in Organizational management. When I'm not working, you'll find me giving back to my community by volunteering as a coach and mentor to at-risk youth.

Shalen Sharma
Director of Operations
I have worked at TQ Logistics for 22 years, and some of the biggest challenges I have faced are meeting customer expectations, maintaining staffing levels, and cost efficiency in a very competitive market. My favorite part about working for TQ Logistics is the team culture, which comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two beautiful daughters, partaking in amateur auto racing, and watching Rugby.

Calvin Johnson
Director of Operations
I have 25 years of industry experience, and as the Director of Operations at TQ Logistics, I am responsible for overseeing our operating procedures and ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with our strategic goals.
I manage day-to-day activities, monitor performance, and develop strategies to improve operations.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, five kids and two grandkids. I am also an avid motorcyclist enthusiast.

Bill O'Connell
Director of Operations
I have 30+ years of industry experience, and as the Director of Operations at TQ Logistics, I am responsible for overseeing our operating procedures and ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with our strategic goals. I manage day-to-day activities, monitor performance, and develop strategies to improve operations.

Logan Stammel
Director of Fleet Safety & Support
I started my career with TQ Logistics in August 2024 as a Senior Manager of Fleet Technology and Analysis, and I now serve as Director of Fleet Safety & Support.
I hold a BS in Supply Chain and Transportation Management, and I am a Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) through the National Private Truck Council.
One thing I enjoy about working for TQ Logistics is collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives; there’s always something new to learn.
When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my son, taking motorcycle trips, and flying whenever the opportunity arises.

Marcey Williams
Safety and HR Director
As the safety and HR director at TQ Logistics, I have combined responsibilities of Human Resources Management and Workplace Safety leadership. My position ensures a safe and healthy work environment while also managing the human resources aspects of the organization.

Suzanne Tarnoff
Director of Finance
As Director of Finance for TQ Logistics, I am responsible for managing our company's financial operations and ensuring its financial health.
I analyze financial data to identify trends, assess risks and opportunities, and make informed decisions. I strive to ensure TQ complies with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
